Return Policy

  • All food items sold by MALVAS Food are non-returnable to ensure the quality, hygiene, and safety of our products.
  • Returns will only be accepted if:
    1. The product is damaged during transit.
    2. You receive an incorrect product.
  • If you encounter any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear pictures of the item and its packaging.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases where:
    1. The product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
    2. The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Upon verification, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note: No refunds will be issued for reasons such as taste preferences or change of mind after placing the order.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us at the earliest with your order details.
  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • We deliver PAN India, ensuring the taste of Indore reaches every corner of the country.
  • International shipping is currently not available.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the shipping address, ranging from 3-7 business days.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., Diwali), delivery times may be longer.

Shipping Damage

  • If the product is damaged during transit, kindly share photographs of the damaged product and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery to process a replacement or refund.
